Hi Helen ... if any of your ABC students ever question what they’re learning please tell them that for me every single technique has been absolutely invaluable!!! I’m up to a cake a week now but I have to share last week’s with you because it is a SQUARE cake!! (I can’t believe that I used to get so freaked out at the thought of covering a square cake!), I used the glass stamping technique for the fence, the piped grass around the base, flood work for the butterflies and my writing is getting so much better!!! Loving it!!! Again, thank you so much.

Helen, I cannot thank you enough for teaching me to make the Poinsettia
yesterday. I am so chuffed! I showed it to Daniel this
morning (my youngest) and he thought it looked very real, especially because the
leaves moved! I will be making a few of them to put on cakes this
Christmas. Thank you so much for everything.

Hi Helen, just wanted to thank you for this last two weeks class - I loved it !!! Was so uncertain but when I gave the cake this week to my friend as a surprise she burst into tears and said she didn't think she could ever cut it!!! Don't know if you have a section on your website for student cakes but you should as they are a wonderful testimony to the love and skill you have.
